1-ON-1 CONVERSATIONS

Together with one of our Conversation Partners, you'll participate in a series of mentoring sessions for assessment, coaching, resources, and prayer. This offering is designed for people in positions of leadership looking for support and strategy.

Here's what you'll get:

Three 1-hour mentoring conversations with your Conversation Partner by phone, video call, or in person.
The first three sessions are offered at no cost thanks to our generous donors. If you'd like to continue mentoring, there will be an agreed upon fee per session.

CONVERSATION COHORTS

Our cohorts are opportunities to connect and converse with others in your same sphere of influence and/or season of ministry. Together over the course of several months, we'll laugh, pray, grow, strategize, and maybe even shed a tear or two!

Here's what you'll get:

Assessment, mentoring, resources and prayer.
A seasoned leader guiding the cohort and the discussion.
The first three sessions are offered at no cost thanks to our generous donors. If you'd like to continue participating, there will be an agreed upon fee per session.

Based on the information you provide in our contact form, we will let you know via email if having a conversation is a good next step.

03 SCHEDULE YOUR SESSION

Our email will include an opportunity for you to schedule your first session and provide you with information to prepare for our time together.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much do Conversation Group sessions cost?

The generosity of our donors enables us to offer the first three 1-to-1 conversation or cohort sessions free of charge to all who participate. If it is agreed upon that continued mentoring would be helpful, each subsequent session will have an agreed upon fee on a sliding scale from $35-$125 per session based upon your individualized situation.

Who is the Conversation Group not for?

The Conversation Group is a lot of things, but it is not for those who need a professional counseling session. We realize that many people need a counselor to work through their concerns, problems, and issues. We are not professional counselors and cannot refer to you a professional counselor, but we encourage you to check with your local church for resources.

Our efforts are to help you discern how to be a better leader in your realm of influence.

Do you accept everyone who reaches out?

If we feel you are a good fit for a conversation slot, we will do our best to find times that work for you. Of course, there will be times when our mentorship slots are filled for the season.
